Your Costa Maya cruise stop: meeting points and preparation
Save your confirmation and agree your pickup and return times with our team. Ship time may differ from Mahahual local time, America/Cancun (UTC−05:00).
Ruins, Bacalar & out-of-town tours
- Follow the port exit to the main security gate and step outside the secure area.
- Look for your host’s sign with the name on your reservation. Your host will welcome you and show you to your vehicle.
- Pay your remaining balance to the host before departure. Confirm your ship’s all-aboard time together, then enjoy your excursion.
Snorkeling, beach, massage & fishing
- At the first taxi location inside Costa Maya port, ask for Mambos Beach Club & Restaurant in Mahahual.
- Meet our host when you arrive at Mambos. The host pays your included inbound taxi fare; pay your activity balance at the club.
- After your activity, enjoy the beach club within your ship’s schedule. Tell your host when you’re ready for the included return taxi.
Traveling solo on a local experience? Your included taxi transfer is shared. For every outing, agree your return plan with our team around your ship’s all-aboard time.
What to send us before your visit
- Ship name, visit date and all-aboard time.
- Your chosen experience; regular-fare guests, paying children and free infants.
- Mobility or child-seat requirements in advance.
- An email or WhatsApp number where we can confirm your plans.
A clear deposit
Once we approve availability and price, reserve with $5 USD per paying guest. It comes off your total, with the balance paid in Costa Maya. Children with a paid fare count; free infants do not.
Bring along
Read the preparation list for your chosen experience before traveling. Confirm conditions for the day and allow time to walk along the pier and through the port. Walking and return times vary.
