Cancellations and refunds

Your deposit is $5 USD per paying guest on every tour, including fishing. For fishing, the deposit is once per paying guest per trip, not per hour. Free infants ages 0–2 generate no deposit. Every deposit is credited toward your total.

Full deposit refunds

• Your ship skips Costa Maya or cannot dock.
• The ship arrives too late for the confirmed excursion to operate safely and practically.
• Unsafe weather, seas, or an official closure prevent the activity.
• Costa Maya Taxi Tour or the confirmed supplier cancels.
• You cancel at least 24 hours before the confirmed pickup or start.

Late cancellations and changes

The deposit may be forfeited for voluntary cancellations within 24 hours or missed pickups where no alternative has been agreed, subject to qualifying cruise exceptions and applicable consumer rights. Rain alone does not automatically make an activity unsafe. Eligible changes are free, subject to availability and operator acceptance.

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. We aim to initiate them within five business days; payment providers and banks may take longer. Contact us with your name, ship, date, and booking reference.
